How To Send an Interac E-Transfer

To send an Interac E-Transfer, you must use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union. 

To send and E-transfer, follow the instructions below:

1) Log into your online or mobile banking app and select the ‘Send Interac E-Transfer’ option.

2) Add the payment email (which can be found after checkout or in the payment instructions emailed to you) as a new contact. Please make the name of the recipient ‘Jake’

3) in the memo of the E-Transfer, please only mention your order number and no other details.

4) Please make the security question ‘Our Country’

5) Please make the password: Canada

Please note, it can take up to 1 hour for the E-Transfer to be received and processed.
