Top quality product. The package delivers exactly what it said it would. I ingested mine with water and ate prior. Took 45 minutes to activate and when it did the effect was very kinetic. My joints felt great and feet weightless. In the very beginning I did have sea legs and momentarily needed to find my balance. But once I grounded myself, I was doing great. One capsule offered a solid 3.5 hour trip. where you just want to move and engage. I would definitely say this variety is better enjoyed through movement vs. sensory/ASMR/touch stimuli.
